CROSS COUNTRY RESULTS-Tuesday

Lewis & Clark Trail Races...Ilwaco boys took first place at this 4-team meet at Lewis & Clark State Park, hosted by Toledo. Carl Jackson paced the Fishermen with a second place finish (18:15) followed closely by Steven Berglund in third (18:25). Ilwaco edged Onalaska with 32 points to Ony's 34. The Loggers' Spencer Hunt won the race in 17:56. Toledo finished with 64 points. In the girls race, Onalaska finished first, followed by Mossyrock. Ilwaco's incomplete team was led by individual champion Kelly Freese (22:13). Cameo Ulbricht placed third in 25:37.
O.E.S. Invitational...Twelve teams featuring 95 girls and 131 boys competed. Knappa's girls team finished a distant second to Catlin Gabel (20-123). Gretchen George was Knappa's top finisher. Boys race numbers were not available immediately after the race.
