2007 ASTORIA FORD FIRECRACKER TOURNAMENT

Astoria High School's annual summer baseball tournament enters its second year, beginning this afternoon at Aiken Field.

The Astoria Ford Junior State team plays Milwaukie each day of the tournament at 1:00 p.m. and the Legion team hits the field at 7:00 p.m. each night, as Astoria welcomes teams from Franklin and Milwaukie to the Indepence Day holiday tourney.

On Tuesday, Rolling Thunder Barbecue will provide food with the proceeds going to the Astoria baseball program. A full meal plate will go for $10 dollars. Admission to the tournament is free.

1:00 p.m.-Milwaukie Junior State vs. Astoria Ford Junior State
4:00 p.m.-Milwaukie vs. Franklin
7:00 p.m.-Astoria Ford Legion Post 12 vs. McNary

TUESDAY, July 3
