CROSS COUNTRY-Weekend Roundup

Hoquiam Grizzly XC Invitational...Northwest Christian's Jocelyn Minton took first place in the girls race in 18:58. Ilwaco's Kelly Freese finished in 8th place, 1:05 behind the Minton in 20:03. Cameo Ulbricht placed 39th (22:28) and Stephanie Ryan finished in 112th place. 4A Rogers of Puyallup won the girls team title. Led by Matt Frereker's first place finish (15:46), Skyline of Issaquah won the boys team title with 37 points, with Ilwaco taking 11th place with 407 team points. Steven Berglund finished 31st in 18:02 to pace the Fishermen boys, with Carl Jackson coming in 39th (18:18).
