WARRIOR RUNNERS COMPETE AT REGIS
Warrenton's Janessa Gramson placed 32nd out of 127 runners at Thursday's Regis Invitational, completing the course in 23:13. District 1 competitor Haley Ney of Catlin Gabel won the race in 19:12, leading the Eagles to a first place score of 41.
In the boys race, Eric Bodell (20:06) paced the Warriors with a 64th place finish. McKenzie won the boys title with 71 points and David Sherman won the race in 15:56.
The Warriors next competition will be at Neah-Kah-Nie on Oct. 11.
